DianaDes – Mezzane, Chardonnay IGT 2023

From the limestone hills of Mezzane di Sotto, near Verona, this Chardonnay captures the warmth and character of Veneto while staying elegant and fresh. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown at 500 meters above sea level, it’s gently aged for six months in acacia barrels to enhance its natural texture and aroma.
 
Tasting Experience:
Brilliant golden yellow in color with inviting aromas of yellow flowers and citrus zest. The palate is layered with notes of pink grapefruit, peach, and apricot, enriched by subtle touches of vanilla and pastry spice from the wood aging. Smooth, balanced, and beautifully persistent.
 
Perfect With:
Pairs wonderfully with soft or goat cheeses, smoked fish carpaccio, beef tartare, and creamy pasta with mushrooms. Excellent also with spiced white meats and refined starters.
 
Alcohol: 13.4% vol
