PROCESS
Only the best aromatic herbs are used to produce the Leon digestif, some of which come from the local area. The herbs are steeped in an infusion of alcohol and sugar in order to extract their precious essence.
Depending on the type of product being made, these infusions can last for a number of months. The Leon digestif is created by combining these extracts with an expert mix of pure alcohol and fine grappa with a long cask ageing process.
FRAGRANCE AND FLAVOUR
This product has intense and varied fragrances, from lighter, fruity aromas to more full-bodied hints of Gentian, Rhubarb and Angelica, and refreshing hints of dandelion.
Its flavour is intense, rich and complex at the same time as being elegant and by no means sickly.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
The Leon digestif is an ideal drink to round off a hearty dinner.
