Highly selected grapes are destemmed and softly pressed; the action of specific enzymes and yeasts allow to optimize extraction of primary aromas. Distillation is done in custom built, vacuum top alambic stills. A low temperature / low pression distillation process has no heads or tails to cut allowing Prime Uve to show the delicate freshness, aromas and essences of the grapes used in distillation.
