DianaDes – Mezzane ZEUS IGT 2019

A bold and elegant expression of Corvinone, born from a single vineyard in the hills of Mezzane di Sotto, near Verona.
 
The grapes are carefully hand-picked and left to dry for 40 days, concentrating their natural aromas and flavors. After 36 months of ageing in oak barrels and another year resting in the bottle, Zeus reveals a truly majestic character — powerful, structured, and beautifully refined.
 
Tasting Experience:
Rich aromas of spice and ripe red fruit, followed by notes of cherry, black cherry, and plum. On the palate, it’s full and velvety, with gentle tannins and a long, balanced finish.
 
Perfect With:
Ideal alongside roasted meats, slow-cooked dishes, and aged Italian cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano. For a luxurious moment, enjoy it as a meditation wine — perhaps with dark chocolate or a fine cigar.
